1. Time Out.
Yes. Nothing beats making sure there is time everyday to chill and relax. Have a bath, enjoy some yoga, just lye back and listen to some relaxing music. Go for a walk with nowhere to go and no phone. Or go sit on the beach. and just watch the waves.
Take time out for yourself everyday to reset, recharge, ground out and give yourself some space.
2. Cut out Stims.
If you are feeling stressed, wired and worried it would be wise not to add fuel to the fire. Switch to de-caf coffee and tea. Swap chocolate for dried dates and apricots. Cut out sugar and avoid MSG & artificial sweeteners. Reduce or better still quit smoking and watch the alcohol too.

Encouraging us to take a deep breath, get grounded and let all those troubles and worries drain away. And nature is a great teacher. reminding us to go with the flow and appreciate the magic and majesty of the natural world that we are a part of.
