Man up your T Levels!

August 25, 2017

It seems like there is an increasing epidemic of Low Testosterone. And there are many reasons for it. From pesticides and plastics to high fat and sugar diets and our gonads getting zapped by our phones. There's even Estrogen in our drinking water!

But before you take drastic steps and start hormone replacement which actually shrinks your balls and kills your bodies own production you might want to look at simple and natural ways to increase your T Levels.

1. Food.

Oysters are a great T booster and known aphrodisiac. They are rich in zinc, boron and Vitamin D. Other excellent sources of Boron are raisins and prunes. Avocados are a great healthy fat rich in both Boron and Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids. Eggs are a good choice too. Your body needs healthy cholesterol to make Testosterone.

And avoid T Killers: Soya, Flax, Trans Fats, Dairy, Licorice and Refined Sugars. And reduce alcohol as these are all going to lower Testosterone and increase Estrogen.

2. Exercise.

Lifting weights or doing regular press ups will boost your T Levels for a short while. Cardio actually lowers T but then loosing body fat increases it so its a fine balance. Taking high doses of buffered Vitamin C before and after work outs helps to quickly clear the stress hormone Cortisol created from a work out. Cortisol is the enemy of Testosterone. Intermittent Fasting supercharges your Human Growth Hormone and T Levels and is a great way to loose any extra weight.

3. Supplements.

As well as ensuring adequate levels of Vit D, Zinc and Boron, there are some amazing herbs with research to back up their T boosting properties. My favourites are Horny Goat Weed, Avena Sativa, Maca Root. Stinging Nettle & Tongkat Ali are also excellent choices. Try a blend rather than just one as they tend to work synergistically. And I highly recommend adding DIM (Di-Indoly Methane) which occurs naturally in cruciferous vegetables and is excellent at lowering excessive Estrogen levels.

Remember to also get enough quality sleep. Learn to chill and reduce your stress levels and.... get some sunshine. Preferably naked as studies show that exposing your bits to the sun increase T levels. Just be careful not to burn!!!
